The all-new Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX4 is Best 2-channel DJ controller that combines foundational elements from Pioneer DJ's range of professional equipment with an intuitive and educational user interface to help aspiring artists embark on their mixing journey.

It integrates two new smart features to help beginner DJs start mixing: Smart Fader and Smart CFX. Smart Fader allows artists to effortlessly transition between tracks. With a simple glide of the crossfader or channel faders, the DDJ-FLX4 automatically adjusts the track's BPM, volume, bass volume and other aspects of the music to create a seamless transition into the next song. Artists can also spice up their favorite tracks with the help of Smart CFX: an effect that applies complicated combinations of effects to the music with the turn of a knob.

The DDJ-FLX4 DJ controller design couples a simplistic matte grey body and metallic grey mixer to provide aspiring artists a sleek, performance-intuitive first controller to start mixing on. Artists can familiarize themselves with fundamental mixing skills using the controller's two glossy jog wheels and sampling techniques with eight performance pads on each deck. The controller employs a bright amber orange LED light to illuminate key controls, while still maintaining the controller's minimalistic aesthetic.

Streaming performances to friends, family and followers is easy with the DDJ-FLX4's USB audio output design. This design removes the need for external equipment such as a mixer or soundcard and outputs the microphone from the controller. In doing so, artists can share their set via stream from a single computer. Better yet, the DDJ-FLX4 relies on USB bus power allowing artists to practice and play on the go.

Pioneer's DDJ-FLX4 extend artists the freedom to mix with their software of choice: Pioneer DJ's rekordbox or Serato. When mixing with rekordbox for Mac/Windows, artists receive free use of the software's Performance mode. Better yet, a major update to rekordbox for iOS/Android coming in early 2023 will allow for DDJ-FLX4 use with an artist's iPhone, Android smartphone, iPad or Android tablet.

The DDJ-FLX4 also offers artists free use of Serato DJ Lite. Additionally, Artists can upgrade their Serato capabilities with a Serato DJ Pro subscription. Both rekordbox and Serato enable artists to play music files stored on their
device; as well as tracks from TIDAL, Beatport Streaming, Beatsource Streaming and SoundCloud Go+. (Paid Subscriptions May Be Required)

Artists can perform using rekordbox or Serato DJ Lite for free by connecting their PC/Mac to the DDJ-FLX4. Artists looking to upgrade to Serato DJ Pro can buy a license or subscription for the premium version of the software.

The DDJ-FLX4 is compatible with a host of devices including PC and Mac computers, iPhones and iPads, andAndroid phones and tablets. Artists can also use the controller with rekordbox for iOS/Android when the updatebecomes available in early 2023 and can connect to the device via Bluetooth®.

This means artists can have fun straightaway and get a grasp of other fundamental DJ skills such as EQing. Plus, with Smart CFX, artists can put their own stamp on every song by simply turning a knob to apply a combination of effects that will add drama to the sound.

Seamless Integration with Music Streaming Services

rekordbox is compatible with a different choice of streaming services. So, depending on the DJ software artistsuse, they can choose from millions of tracks available on the TIDAL, Beatport Streaming, Beatsource Streaming,and SoundCloud Go+ platforms (subscriptions required) and mix them together on the DDJ-FLX4. Artists can useall the effects and performance features to spice up their favorite songs and create their own sound.

USB Audio Output for Microphone Sound

The DDJ-FLX4 removes the need for a separate mixer or soundcard as the controller mixes the microphoneaudio with the music. These audio capabilities make the DDJ-FLX4 an ideal choice for artists looking to live-stream their sets as artists can perform using only the controller.
